About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, and testing of various hardware and software solutions across our extensive operational infrastructure and to our customers. This role ensures the seamless integration of new systems and upgrades, contributing directly to the efficiency and reliability of our service.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete installation tasks at customer locations according to work orders.
- Follow standard installation procedures to ensure safety and quality. Conduct testing and commissioning after installation to ensure equipment operates properly.
- Provide customers with instructions on product usage and basic guidance.
- Maintain good customer relationships and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Clean and organize the work area after completing installation. Follow safety regulations and promptly report any issues or potential hazards. Participate in company training, assessments, and skill development programs.
Skills And Experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Capable of handling large furniture and household appliances.
- Strong customer service awareness and professional demeanor.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in appliance or furniture installation.
- Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred (such as electrician, plumbing, gas installation, etc.).
- An electrician/electrical certificate is required.
