Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure adherence to schedules.

Manufacturing Engineer – Belfast
Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing and process engineering support, ensuring operations meet quality and technical specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement manufacturing methods, supporting documentation, and equipment specifications.
- Collaborate with design teams on manufacturing implications of product changes.
- Drive lean initiatives to reduce waste, optimise throughput, and improve efficiency.
- Oversee failure analysis, quality assurance, and safety compliance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing experience in a similar role.

Production Supervisor – Electronic Assembly & Test – Belfast
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of electronic assembly and test technicians.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved in line with quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and drive productivity across the production floor.
- Support fault finding and technical problem‑solving where required.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with SOPs and company procedures.
- Maintain and enforce strict quality standards and protocols.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance management to team members.

Key duties:
- Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and fellow team members.
- Work to defined health and safety requirements and support safety‑led initiatives.
- Assembly of mechanical metalwork and product components.
- Preparation and termination of wiring.
- Read and work from electrical schematic drawings.
- Work to standard work requirements.
- Pack equipment as instructed using the best methods available.

Essential criteria:
- Experience in electrical and mechanical assembly within a manufacturing/production environment.

- Concentration and focus with attention to detail over long periods.
- High levels of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Relevant experience of using hand, power and air tools.
- Experience of working in a team with ability to use own initiative and work independently.
Manufacturing Engineer – Lisburn
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support manufacturing improvement initiatives across production processes.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to improve performance.
- Analyse production data and deliver measurable improvements aligned with business KPIs.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.
- Support and promote HSEQ standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role or similar.
- Experience delivering process improvements and operational excellence.
- Ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions within production settings.
- Good working knowledge of HSEQ practices.
- Relevant third‑level qualification in engineering or related discipline.
Production Operative – Dunmurry (Ashton)
Location: Dunmurry, Belfast. Duration: 12 weeks. Temp to perm. Rate: £12.21–£13.00 per hour. Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:45.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly and calibration of pressure gauges and thermometers.
- Hand soldering and packing & dispatch of instruments.
Essential criteria:
- Minimum 6 months previous experience of assembly or working in a factory environment.
- Grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
Desirable criteria:
- Manual assembly in mechanical or electrical environment.
- Experience in TIG welding.
- L2 NVQ in Manufacturing or equivalent.
