Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity within a reputable Independent Service Centre? Our client, a well-established and Independent Service Centre located in Leighton Buzzard, is currently looking to recruit a dedicated Service Advisor. This position offers a dynamic working environment where your organisational and communication skills will be key to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop.

Greeting customers and managing the front desk operations efficientlyHandling incoming calls and scheduling service bookings accuratelyActing as a key liaison between customers and technicians to relay job requirements and updatesOrdering parts and ensuring job progress is maintained to deadlinesCoordinating workshop schedules and workflows to optimise efficiencyMaintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service deliveryRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor tradeStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environmentWell-organised with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and workshop staffKnowledge of automotive systems and parts is advantageous but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable and supportive team in Leighton Buzzard.
