Warehouse Operations Manager
We’re hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to join a global logistics business specialising in 2-man home delivery and high-value, white glove services in Ashford, Middlesex.
This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on leader from a premium, customer‑focused delivery environment looking for stability, autonomy, and progression.
£42K – £47K salary / Monday – Friday day work / excellent employee benefits package / Holiday entitlement rising from 30 days to 33 days holiday including bank hols

Responsbilities :
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations supporting specialist delivery services
- Manage and develop teams, including 2-man delivery support functions
- Oversee stock control and handling of high-value goods
- Drive performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement
- Ensure high service standards and strong customer outcomes
Is this you?
- Experience in warehouse leadership within 2-man delivery, white glove, or high-value logistics
- Strong people management and operational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of warehouse systems, KPIs, and H&S
