West Drayton £40,000+ (open depending on experience) Monday – Friday

I’m working with a well-regarded freight forwarder specialising in events, exhibitions, and project logistics, looking for an experienced multimodal operator to handle start-to-finish import & export shipments.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role moving time-critical cargo globally, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys complex logistics.

The Role:

• Manage end-to-end shipments across air, road & sea
• Handle import & export customs (CDS) and documentation
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and transport providers worldwide
• Ensure shipments meet strict event deadlines and site requirements
• Proactively manage updates and resolve any issues

About You:

• Freight forwarding experience (events/exhibitions a bonus)
• Strong import & export knowledge
• Confident with customs processes
• Organised, proactive, and client-focused
