Business Centre Manager

BLW Recruitment are working with a leading flexible workspace provider to recruit an experienced Centre Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a busy business centre.

This is a hands‑on role combining customer service, sales, operations, and team leadership, ideal for someone commercially driven with a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. The role would suit someone who has operational experience within hospitality, or someone who has been a hotel manager and looking to transfer their skills to a role that offers more sociable hours!

The Role

• Manage the daily running of the centre, ensuring high standards across service, presentation, and operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Drive occupancy, sales activity, and revenue growth
• Conduct viewings, handle enquiries, and convert new business opportunities
• Lead, motivate, and develop a small on‑site team
• Oversee maintenance, facilities, and health & safety compliance
• Manage budgets, control costs, and support overall profitability

About You

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing management role
• Strong sales and commercial awareness (B2B experience preferred)
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
• High standards of customer service and attention to detail
