BLW Recruitment are working with a leading flexible workspace provider to recruit an experienced Centre Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a busy business centre.
This is a hands‑on role combining customer service, sales, operations, and team leadership, ideal for someone commercially driven with a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. The role would suit someone who has operational experience within hospitality, or someone who has been a hotel manager and looking to transfer their skills to a role that offers more sociable hours!
The Role
- Manage the daily running of the centre, ensuring high standards across service, presentation, and operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Drive occupancy, sales activity, and revenue growth
- Conduct viewings, handle enquiries, and convert new business opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small on‑site team
- Oversee maintenance, facilities, and health & safety compliance
- Manage budgets, control costs, and support overall profitability
About You
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing management role
- Strong sales and commercial awareness (B2B experience preferred)
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
- High standards of customer service and attention to detail
