A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly regarded Fresh Produce importer and supplier to the major retailers. Due to success and continued growth, we have the privilege of offering a Product Manager position on their behalf.
Responsibilities
The position of Product Manager will manage an impressive portfolio of fresh produce categories, supplied to a key retail customer. Building strong relationships with packing partners, managing quality issues, samples, trials and shelf life, positive communication is crucial to successfully provide the required volumes and quality of product to the customer.
Qualifications
- An experienced individual from the Fresh Produce sector, with knowledge of retail customer product expectations
- Having worked in a product quality focused position, confident with managing quality & technical standards
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage time critical situations
- Drive, passion and dedication is key for success in this position
Location & Compensation
Location: KentSalary: up to £40k – dependent on experience + benefitsMonday – Friday, with some flexibility and weekend cover when required
