Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of wait staff.
• Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements.
• On an ongoing basis, control and analyse departmental costs.
• Experience in restaurants and passion for creating one‑of‑a‑kind experiences for guests and team members, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations, sharing insights on Sicilian cuisine, sustainability efforts, and our award‑winning environmental initiatives.
• Knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage.
• Lead by example, setting the tone for our values of growth, integrity, fun and teamwork.
