Position: HVAC Technical Manager

Salary: £60k plus
We have exclusively partnered with an award winning HVAC company with 25 years of industry experience, currently undergoing significant growth. As a result of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Manager to work their portfolio on service agreements and manage 17 engineers within the North west region.
Responsibilities
The HVAC Technical Manager will be responsible for delivery of service agreements across the region, managing a team of 17 engineers and holding full P&L responsibility for your portfolio.
You will oversee both planned and reactive maintenance programmes, as well as small works projects. This includes plant replacements, HVAC system upgrades, and lifecycle improvements to critical HVAC infrastructure. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest technical standards.
Qualifications
- Based in and around the Northwest
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within HVAC Industry in a managerial role.
- Time served as an engineer.
- Strong HVAC knowledge of VRV & VRF.
- Hold valid UK license.
