Fire Safety Project Surveyor

Opportunity

Elevate Projects are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor to oversee fire safety works on behalf of our prestigious Bristol based client.

Responsibilities

• Undertake pre‑inspections of Fire Safety work packages within a small team, including compartmentation, fire doors, alarms, and escape routes.
• Conduct post‑FRA assessments to determine required remedial actions, applying Part B knowledge.
• Supervise on‑site works to ensure compliance with regulations, timeliness, and budget.
• Perform follow‑up inspections to verify that completed works meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge and understanding of fire safety works.
• Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Fire, IFE, FDIS or similar.
