MEICA Project Manager – Havant Thicket

Role Purpose

Lead the delivery of MEICA works on the Havant Thicket water project, overseeing design coordination, installation, commissioning, safety, programme and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEICA scope across pumping, treatment and control systems
• Coordinate design reviews, technical queries and subcontractor activities
• Oversee installation, FAT/SAT, testing and commissioning
• Drive safety standards, RAMS, permits and environmental compliance
• Monitor programme, budgets, change management and NEC processes
• Liaise with client, operations and multi‑disciplinary teams

Experience Required

• MEICA delivery in water sector (pumping stations, treatment assets, ICA/SCADA)
• Managing subcontractors, commissioning, and interface works
• NEC experience and strong commercial awareness

Qualifications

• Mechanical/Electrical/Controls background (HNC/HND/Degree)
• CSCS Manager card, SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene (desirable)
