Join our client’s dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor and play an integral role in our esteemed Civil Engineering division based in Waltham Cross. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in our client’s team, you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects with leading clients in the energy transmission industry. Leveraging your expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high‑profile infrastructure projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Experience with NEC3/4
- Experience with Options A, C and E
- Experience working as both contractor and subcontractor
- Raising EW’s, CEQ’s and CE’s
- Supporting PM’s from a commercial perspective
- Drafting monthly applications for payment
- Drafting project forecasts
- Attending Monthly Progress meetings
- Use to dealing with all commercial aspects of a project and comfortable with client‑facing discussions. Energy, OHL or Electrical Transmission industry experience preferred but not essential.
