An award-winning, Legal 500-ranked Corporate team is seeking a talented junior–mid level Associate to join its growing Guildford office.
You will work as part of a highly regarded 30+ lawyer team advising on a broad mix of high-quality matters, including mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, and general corporate advisory work. Clients range from FTSE 100 companies to fast-growing businesses.
