To support their continued growth, they are now looking for a proactive and tenacious Business Development Manager to join their collaborative team, delivering high‑quality print and digital communications solutions for a diverse range of clients.

We’re looking for a high‑performing Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth and expand our footprint in the print management and communications space.

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role where you’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying high‑value opportunities to closing complex deals and building long‑term client relationships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Generate and convert new business opportunities aligned to strategic growth targets
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → close
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision‑makers
  • Develop compelling, value‑led proposals that clearly demonstrate ROI
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Finance to bring winning solutions to life
  • Use CRM & market insights and data to shape strategy, forecast, improve win rates, and drive performance
  • Remote working with visits to our premises in Stockport regularly during probation and bi weekly thereafter

What we’re looking for

  • 2‑5+ years in business development or strategic sales
  • Proven success delivering & smashing new business targets
  • Strong experience in solution/value‑based selling and complex deal negotiation
  • Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and hands‑on execution
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • CRM‑savvy (HubSpot preferred)

  • Experience in print management, marketing communications, or related sectors
  • Exposure to bid management or solution design
