Looking to break into or grow your career in enterprise sales within a fast-growing fintech environment? This could be the perfect next step.

We’re working with a high-growth, award-winning fintech business that’s building out its Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to work with senior stakeholders (including CFOs and C‑suite leaders).

The Role

As a BDR, you’ll focus on qualifying and progressing warm opportunities rather than cold prospecting from scratch. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to:

  • Engage with pre-qualified prospects and existing customers
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Qualify opportunities using a structured sales methodology (MEDDICC)
  • Use modern tools (including AI) to enhance outreach and research

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in B2B sales, fintech, finance, or a related field
  • OR a highly motivated graduate (ideally with a finance-related degree)
  • Strong communication skills – articulate, credible, and confident
  • A thoughtful, strategic approach to sales
  • Interest in enterprise sales and engaging with senior stakeholders
