Are you a CRM Assistant, Marketing Executive, or early-career data professional looking to build real experience? This Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support role is an entry-level position, focused on developing practical CRM and marketing insight skills within a supportive team environment.
- Supporting the day-to-day management and upkeep of the Group CRM system
- Preparing and segmenting data for targeted marketing campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records to support pipeline tracking and reporting
- Analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Working closely with marketing and internal teams to support campaign delivery
About You
You may be at the beginning of your career or have gained some exposure to CRM systems in a marketing or sales setting. This role suits someone detail-focused, curious, and keen to build foundational experience in data and CRM processes.
- Full UK driving licence (as some travel may be required)
- Some experience or exposure to CRM systems within a marketing or sales environment
- Experience with the SID database would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
