Quality Inspector

£28,610 Per Annum
We at Jackie Kerr Recruitment are recruiting a skilled Quality Inspector for our client in Cheltenham. They are a forward-thinking company, manufacturing precision components mainly for the Aerospace industry. Quality Inspector Role and Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently read and interpret engineering drawings
- Inspecting precision parts using CMM and measuring equipment
- Perform first off, intermediate, final dimension and finish inspections
- Support the requirements for documenting and maintaining records including numerical control associated with the activities to AS9100 levels
Quality Inspector Person Specification
- Knowledge in the use of handheld measuring equipment, gauges, microscopes, CMM and profile projectors
- Previous experience producing FAIRs
- Worked with precision parts and tight tolerances
- Experience within aerospace industry (ideal, not essential)
