PrologFulfilment , the global fulfilment provider, has appointed Conor Wickham as SeniorGeneral Manager. Conor bringswith him over a decade of leadership experiencein logistics, operations, and supply chain management.
Hiscareer includes senior roles at some of the UK’s leading logisticsorganisations including Wincanton and Royal Mail,and most recently ran his ownconsultancy, Wickham Consulting. He has recently completed an MBA.
Inhis new role, Conor will oversee Prolog’s daily operations across its two UKsites. Leading a growing team of more than110 colleagues, he will ensure thatcustomer expectations are exceeded and service level agreements consistentlyachieved. His role includes collaboration with key stakeholders across thebusiness to support Prolog’s ambitious growthstrategy.
Conor’sfocus will centre on operational efficiency, proactive demand planning, anddata-driven decision making. Byworking closely with Prolog’s data analystteam, he will help customers to forecast demand, and reduce stockholdingpressures, particularly during peak periods.
