We are working with one of our clients, an established equities focussed hedge fund, who are looking to hire for a new operations position. The firm in question have around $3bn under management and a track record of strong performance.
The role will be joining a lean team, responsible for all post trade operations of the firm. The role will also have the opportunity to be involved in automation projects, as well as other process improvement/efficiency tasks, so coding skills would be a plus.
Ideally, you’ll have at least a year of previous experience in any operations focussed role, although this is flexible for strong candidates. A degree from a top university with a 2:1 or higher in a relevant field is essential. As mentioned, basic coding skills are a plus.
The base salary will be dependent on previous experience, but will likely fall in the £50-60k range plus strong bonus potential.
