Overview

Gamechanger Farming is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Gamechanger team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data flow, reporting and continuous improvement across different departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement and Rearing Support: Log and maintain weekly procurement activity records.
  • Use AgriWebb to log directs and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support procurement-related projects and wider supply chain growth initiatives.
  • Assist with service queries.

Data & Systems Management

  • Organise and maintain the supplier database to improve visibility and reporting.
  • Feed accurate information into contact lists and regional operational files.
  • Support the team with data entry and system updates.
  • Explore and implement new ways to drive efficiencies across procurement processes.

Insights Reporting

  • Compile and present customer feedback insights.
  • Develop creative reporting summaries (e.g., performance round-ups for calves).

Requirements

  • This role requires a full UK driving licence.

Personal specification

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in agriculture, supply chain, or procurement (desirable but not essential).
