They are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager at their Manchester NHS managed site to lead multi‑million‑pound FM projects.
In this role, you’ll be overseeing the delivery of M&E projects at a large NHS site in Manchester, from conception through to completion – including pre‑construction, scheduling, planning, procurement, delivery through to handover.
This is a great chance to step into an autonomous position with a leading FM business, on a highly prestigious NHS contract, where you’ll run interesting FM projects from cradle to grave.
THE ROLE
- Managing all aspects of M&E FM Projects
- Attending client meetings regarding planning, pre‑starts, progress and completion of projects
- Project planning, resource management, H&S compliance, budget/time management
- Management through to handover
- Based in Manchester
THE PERSON
- Previous experience in a Project Management role
- Experience working with NHS projects
- Experience working with NEC/JCT Contracts
- Tendering projects from inception to completion
