About the role


This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our team, helping to generate and qualify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, collaborate closely with internal teams, and use performance insights to drive growth and improve sales effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Prospecting


Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, cold calls and emails.


Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly update CRM systems with relevant data.


Work with our existing Wholesale and Buying Group Partners to identify new sales opportunities.


Client Engagement


Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts or new leads, ensuring timely follow‑ups and relationship building.


Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.


Drive customer engagement through Evolution Partner Portal.


Collaborate with external sales teams to transition qualified leads and support the closure of deals.


Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts in alignment with company standards.


Support External Sales Team with Trade Days, Shows & Meetings.


Market Analysis


Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.


Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.


Performance & Reporting


Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


Produce regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and potential areas of improvement.


Gather Sales Out Data from Customers.


Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.


Attend training sessions, team meetings, and strategy workshops to stay updated on products and sales techniques.

Experience and Skills Required



  • Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

  • Interest in power tools
