About The Role
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to help ThreatAware scale without losing the speed and clarity that got us here. You’ll work closely with the CEO to turn strategy into execution, keep cross‑functional work moving and make sure the business has the visibility it needs to make good decisions fast. You’ll report directly to the CEO, working hand in hand.

ThreatAware gives security teams a single source of truth for every device and tool in their organisation. We deploy in under 30 minutes, with 150+ integrations and no agents required. On average, we reveal that 10% of devices on a network go completely undetected and 30% of security controls are missing or silently failing.
Now we’re building something bigger. In February 2026, we raised $25M from One Peak, now we’re scaling our North American operations and launching our AI‑powered security workspace, giving security teams the freedom to build exactly the tools and automations they need, powered by six years of the most accurate cyber asset data in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Identify what the business needs to run well at this stage and build it. The right cadences, the right metrics, the right forums for decisions to get made and followed through on.
- Handle the operational tasks that would otherwise land on the CEO’s desk. Office management, supplier relationships, facilities, and the ad-hoc projects that come with running a growing business, so leadership stays focused on customers and product.
- Create the visibility the leadership team needs to manage the business confidently, from KPIs and dashboards to quarterly planning and board reporting.
- Work across Sales, Product, Finance, and People to keep cross-functional priorities moving, surface blockers early, and make sure the right people are aligned on the right things.
- Own ad-hoc strategic projects as they come up, from evaluating new office space to building out operational processes that don’t yet exist.
- Spot where the business is losing time or momentum and fix it. Build processes that actually get adopted and hold up as we grow.
- Tackle ambiguous operational problems that don’t have an obvious owner and bring clarity to them.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or a Chief of Staff type role; ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS business.
- You’ve worked closely with senior leadership and know how to move things forward without direct authority.
- Comfortable with data; you can build a dashboard, interrogate a number, and know when a metric is telling the wrong story.
- You build things that last. Templates, processes and ways of working that actually get adopted, not ignored.
- You work with a high degree of autonomy. You identify the problems, set the priorities, and drive the outcomes without needing direction.
- Cybersecurity experience isn’t required but curiosity about the space is.
