The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to teaching and curriculum development for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes of Civil Engineering, play a lead role in collaborative research projects, and conduct ongoing original research and publications in the area of Construction Management.
Candidates must have a PhD in Construction Management or a closely related field, excellent communication and presentation skills in English, and knowledge and experience of construction project management. Experience supervising PhD and MSc students, teaching, tutorial or laboratory work at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in an international English‑speaking institution, a proven record of research excellence with publications in peer‑reviewed journals, securing research funding, and teaching experience including curriculum development and leadership in academic programmes are all desirable.
The post will initially be offered on a fixed‑term contract for five years starting October 2026 and may be extended by mutual agreement.
