Salary: £14.89 plus incentive (10% of room upgrade, £1 per breakfast voucher and £2 per restaurant voucher)

As a Master of your Craft you will…

• Have excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations
• Excellent detailed knowledge of front office operations in a hotel
• Who ensures guests’ needs are satisfactorily met
• Who plays a hands-on role leading by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera
• Take ownership of challenging situations with professionalism and calm
• With previous experience as aFront Office Supervisor/Team Leader,Reception Supervisor,orReceptionistin a hotel
