Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Poole | Up to £40,000 + Benefits 1-3 Years’ Experience
A growing construction business in Poole is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. This role offers strong development, hands‑on project exposure and a clear pathway for progression for someone with early industry experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting cost planning, estimating and budget control
- Preparing BOQs, tender documents and procurement schedules
- Assisting with valuations, site visits and progress reporting
- Working closely with senior QS staff across live projects
- Liaising with clients, contractors and design teams
What you’ll need
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 1-3 years’ experience within a contractor or consultancy
- Strong numeracy, communication and attention to detail
- Proactive approach and desire to progress professionally
- Interest in working towards APC (support available)
