About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing, repairing, and installing equipment in a range of commercial buildings across London (within the M25). You will be working across various sites to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and preventative servicing
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on a variety of equipment
• Install new equipment and systems as required
• Conduct site assessments and provide feedback on condition reports and future maintenance needs
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, ideally in commercial environments
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
