To work under the supervision of the Operations Director and alongside the Projects Team, and as Project Manager for Multiroom projects, etc., with the following responsibilities.
Brief Job Role
- Work alongside the relevant Sales Team leader for the project.
- Making revisions / amendments to the schedule and uploading data for production status.
- Obtaining costs for raw material and liaising with suppliers to meet our demands.
- Issuing materials requisitions to the procurement team leader and assisting with purchasing as required.
- Updating production schedules includes all up-to-date costings.
- Liaising with site teams for call-off requirements and any delivery restrictions, and reporting to the Dispatch team leader (Doorsets).
- Raising internal production files for the manufacturer and handing them over to the Production Manager.
- Raising the necessary picking and delivery paperwork as required.
- Compiling and updating a contract statement throughout the duration of the project.
- Handle site variations / late design changes.
- Updating the production planner with live projects.
- Final checking Doorset estimators’ schedule prior to issuing to Rep for sending to check spec compliance.
- Attend weekly production meeting & lockdown meeting.
