Hey good smelling! We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as a Supply Chain Senior Exec.
You’ll report to the Supply Chain Manager working together to continue to deliver fantastic availability for our customers.

About the role
Place orders from our suppliers (domestic and international)
Arrange and track transportation for inbound deliveries
Support the demand planning process which feeds into our S&OP
Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms, ensuring compliance with customs and international regulations
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and related documentation
Manage the Free-Issue Brief (FIB) process
Analyse sales data to update future forecasts
Closely monitor inventory and highlight any low stock/over stock risks
Collaborate cross functionally to align plans and priorities
About you
Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:
Circa 3 years’ + experience in supply chain roles, ideally within fast-growing supplier or consumer brands
Strong demand planning experience, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable plans
Experience operating in high-growth environments with both B2B and D2C channels
Hands-on experience working with Freight forwarders and purchase order management
Proven ability to continuously improve processes in evolving environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
A proactive “get stuff done” mindset with high ownership and accountability
And anyone who has these skills too would likely be a super fit for this role, but these are by no means essential:
Previously worked in fast growing start ups/scale ups in a related or adjacent role
Experience using Unleashed
Understanding of customs regulations/paperwork
