We are looking for a Performance Manager to oversee service quality and performance within a healthcare environment. You will analyse data, manage KPIs, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure services meet contractual standards. This role plays a key part in performance reporting, contract governance, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage service performance against KPIs and contractual targets.
- Analyse data and produce performance reports for management and healthcare stakeholders.
- Investigate client complaints and provide recommendations.
- Work with operational and healthcare teams to resolve complex service issues.
- Support clinical governance and care initiatives.
- Monitor work orders and service thresholds through CAFM systems.
- Calculate monthly performance deductions and manage service availability reporting.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and organisational policies.
- Identify performance improvement and cost‑saving opportunities using data insights.
- Contribute to leadership meetings and support service improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing KPIs and contractual performance.
- Background in healthcare, facilities management, or similar environments.
- Experience using CAFM systems.
- Strong data analysis skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of HR policies and flexible working practices.
