Overview
I’m hiring for 2 roles — one focused on enterprise clients, one across multiple SME brands. If you’ve built and owned CRM programmes for ecommerce brands and know Klaviyo inside out — this is worth a look.
The roles
Own a small number of high-value ecommerce clients (£10M+ revenue), leading CRM strategy and acting as a senior partner to stakeholders.
Role 2 – SME (10–12 clients)
Manage a broader portfolio of ecommerce brands in a fast-paced environment, leading delivery and mentoring junior team members.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning CRM and lifecycle strategy across email, SMS and automation
- Working closely with clients to improve retention and revenue
- Presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Leading / mentoring CRM team members
- Building and optimising campaigns, flows and segmentation in Klaviyo
- Managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
What they’re looking for
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience (highly preferred)
- Experience managing or mentoring teams
- Confident in client-facing environments
- Commercial mindset — understands how CRM drives revenue
This role is NOT for:
- Pure strategy profiles with no hands-on experience
- Campaign execs who haven’t owned CRM programmes
- Have you directly managed a CRM programme for a D2C / ecommerce brand with £10M+ revenue?
- How would you rate your hands-on Klaviyo (or Bloomreach) experience out of 10?
- Have you managed a CRM team before?
