Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning Hotel in the Newquay, Cornwall. Our client are recruiting for a duty manager, to lead and manage the exceptional experiences for their distinguished guests. This particular duty manager role is focused solely on front of house duties, acting as the face of the Hotel, and would suit somebody with outstanding guest service skills.
Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, the successful guest experience manager will work closely with the front of house manager, to create an enhanced, personalised and bespoke experience for all guests, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience. You will manage relationships at key moments in the guest journey; welcoming them on arrival to curating their experiences and activities during their stay.
Hotel Duty Manager responsibilities to include;
- Co-ordinate the guest experience to deliver an enhanced and bespoke experience.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews received directly from guests.
- Arrange every detail for special occasions such as marriage proposals and celebrations.
The Hotel Guest Experience Manager is one of the most critical positions within this particular establishment. Renowned for offering and delivering a high end customer experience, it is critical that the successful candidate has an outstanding eye for attention detail, impeccable customer service and communication skills, have a passionate attitude towards luxury hospitality and have strong emotional intelligence.
