Role Overview

Drive new business development in Singapore and Malaysiaacross the power, offshore, and construction sectors.This is a performance-driven role for a proactive sales professionalwho can independently build pipeline, secure projects, and generate revenue,with strong incentive upside tied directly to results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and close new sales opportunities in power, offshore, and construction projects.
  • Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Engage EPC contractors, developers, OEMs, service providers, and industrial end users.
  • Present product solutions and conduct client meetings and site visits.
  • Monitor market trends, tender pipelines, and competitor activities.
  • Establish and grow long-term customer relationships.

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed monthly salary.
  • Strong performance-based incentive program linked to revenue generation and new business acquisition.
  • High earning potential based on individual performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B industrial or project sales experience.
  • Existing industry exposure or network in Singapore and/or Malaysia is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
  • Comfortable engaging technical and commercial decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient.
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore and Malaysia as required.
