The Opportunity

This is a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager role with a fast-growing, boutique security solutions provider based in West Yorkshire specialising in CCTV and security systems tailored for the construction industry. The company’s mission is to improve safety, efficiency, and peace of mind on job sites through innovative technology and a highly responsive service approach. You’ll be trusted to manage your own pipeline, build client relationships, and shape how your division grows — with the backing of a capable and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry
  • Conduct site visits with new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Deliver tailored proposals and persuasive presentations to win new contracts
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction

  • Proven success in business development or sales, ideally in CCTV/Security within construction
