Business Development Manager – Mechanical Ventilation Products
Due to continuing expansion, we are currently seeking a driven Business Development Manager to develop our market share in Northern England by identifying, securing and managing new profitable sales opportunities.
A competitive salary with company car, uncapped commission, pension and 25 days holiday.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience selling mechanical ventilation products, HVAC systems, or similar technical solutions, preferably within the residential sector.
- Understanding of ventilation systems, HVAC products, or mechanical engineering principles.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, build and maintain long‑term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision‑makers.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage a complex sales process.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Full clean valid driving licence with the ability to travel regularly throughout the designated region.
- Consistent employment track record in a Business Development/Sales role.
