Business Development Manager – Mechanical Ventilation Products

Due to continuing expansion, we are currently seeking a driven Business Development Manager to develop our market share in Northern England by identifying, securing and managing new profitable sales opportunities.

A competitive salary with company car, uncapped commission, pension and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience selling mechanical ventilation products, HVAC systems, or similar technical solutions, preferably within the residential sector.
  • Understanding of ventilation systems, HVAC products, or mechanical engineering principles.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, build and maintain long‑term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision‑makers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage a complex sales process.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Full clean valid driving licence with the ability to travel regularly throughout the designated region.
  • Consistent employment track record in a Business Development/Sales role.
