MEP Project Manager

• Manage MEP design coordination and project execution from concept through completion.
• Review and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Lead contractors, subcontractors, and consultants involved in MEP works.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Manage procurement of MEP equipment and materials.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.
• Resolve technical issues and design conflicts between disciplines.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
