Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, building relationships with key contacts and stakeholders, to develop future opportunities.
- Responsible for developing relationships by finding new contacts at a regional and national level and introducing yourself.
- Proactively set account plans in place to drive regular communication and involvement in resolving any queries or issues the client may have.
- Attending project, planning and account review meetings (via Zoom/Teams and on site when required), Monthly & Quarterly with the relevant accounts.
- Participate in team meetings with your peers, daily, and monthly and report on all areas of key accounts internally.
- Generate activity to drive engagement with customers and grow engagement.
- Hold a key stakeholder relationship with marketing to ensure regular e-marketing campaigns support your tactical direction for all key accounts.
- Developing new business and growth within each of your accounts.
- Take an initiative to look at opportunities to improve the customer service experience.
- Achieving growth targets and KPI’s in line with the business objectives.
- To read, generate and present statistical data in order to show progress with clients.
- All responsibilities will be reviewed as required with business growth, some additional duties may be required from time to time.
- Keep Salesforce up to date and accurate for all sales activity.
- Deliver personal KPI’s and revenue targets to achieve the overall business goal.
- Achieve growth targets for each key accounts suitable and achievable.
- Attend a minimum requirement of virtual meetings with key accounts per week, and achieve a KPI of telephone calling to suit.
- Provide a report every month for all sales activity conducted and share successes and results.
- Support business development and the lead generation processes in place.
- Where applicable, conduct any business development calls to generate pipeline opportunities.
- Always show value and proven cost analysis to clients where required.
- Share best practice and knowledge at all times with the team.
Hours of Operation
- Internally based at Middlesbrough, with occasional travel to meet clients.
