Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across Inbound, Manual and International functions for your designated shift
- Allocate resources effectively to meet volume and service demands across all shift hours
- Drive shift performance and ensure compliance with all H&S, quality and SLA standards
- Use data to root-cause failed KPIs and deliver clear action plans for improvement
- Coach, develop and engage your team through 1:1s, performance reviews and regular communication
- Control shift costs and ensure strong operational planning, reporting and accountability
