What doesClient ServicesExecutivelook like at Ascot Lloyd?

We have a team of 8 Client service Executives who work in a busy environment, working 35 hours a week between 9am and5pm Monday to Friday.The CSE team are extremely supportive andhavevast amount of knowledge that will help to integrate you into the role.

With ongoing Training and Coaching by the Senior CSE & Manager.You will workalongside FinancialAdvisers to help them to service their client’s needs.

Your impact onstakeholders:

  • Make your markby building relationships with clients with a view to create business opportunities and support business growth
  • Transform livesbybeing part of a firm providingholistic financial adviceprocessthat helps clients realise their goals and secure their futures.
  • Build lasting partnershipsbyregular contact calls to AL clients (Inbound & Outbound), with a view to building relationships and ultimately securing client commitment to AL. Provide an efficient inbound/outbound call service to the Ascot Lloyd clients, taking ownership of the client journey and providing suitable outcomes including efficient handover to the relevant departments
  • Sparkcollaborationby liaising closely with Financial Advisersand internal stakeholderstobest serve ourclientele.
  • Driveexcellencebymeeting personal referral targets with a view to providing fee generating referrals to other parts of the business supporting business growth.
  • Support simplificationof client communication and encourage digital interaction through promotion of theAL online accountwith all clients.
  • Maintain complianceby ensuringaccuratecollation of client information andmaintainup to date client records, enabling ease of ongoing client communication and meeting GDPR requirements. Ensure effective storage of all client documentation in line with GDPR. Ensure youoperatewithin the AML requirements. Facilitate and process simple investments (non-advised top ups) and withdrawals, ensuring theappropriate nonadvisedprocess letter is produced in line with AL compliance process

  • Drive and ability to plan, prioritise and manage workloads
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures in a compliant manner
  • A collaborative individual who thrives in a team environment.
  • Exceptional integrity and interpersonal communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Confident with back-office systems and meticulous in your attention to detailwith keeping records.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with a broad pensions & investment knowledge.
