We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the automotive, rail, and construction services space, seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their Coventry-based team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the business within the automotive, rail, and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in selling services within the automotive, rail, or construction sectors.
- OEM Experience: Strong understanding and proven success in working with Original Equipment Manufacturers.
- Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strategic Thinker: A results-driven individual with a knack for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities.
