Job Description:
La Fosse have partnered with a leading global law firm is seeking an Enterprise Data Manager to provide strategic leadership for its enterprise-wide data platforms and support the next phase of its global data transformation.
This senior role will focus on developing and supporting the execution of the firm’s data strategy, ensuring data is effectively managed, integrated and utilised as a core business asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of the firm’s enterprise data platforms.
- Apply expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks to support modern cloud-based data architecture.
- Oversee the integration of data from multiple enterprise systems and platforms.
- Support the execution of the firm’s enterprise data strategy, positioning data as a strategic asset.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and other business teams to establish robust data governance, data quality and master data management frameworks.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of data engineers, developers and analytics specialists.
- Manage a blended global team of internal staff and third-party service providers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
Data & Analytics Enablement
- Support the development of advanced data visualisation and analytics capabilities.
About You
- Significant experience delivering enterprise data platform initiatives within large organisations or professional services environments.
- Strong expertise in data engineering, data modelling and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or similar modern data platforms.
