Are you an experienced Team Leader with the passion to deliver outstanding customer Service? Our Fabulous client are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Service Team Leader to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The salary for this role is circa £50,000 with the office being based close to High Wycombe. The role has the potential to be hybrid after probation. Working hours are 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Service Team Leaders
  • Oversee performance, ensuring KPIs and service standards are consistently met
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence
  • Analyse performance data and implement strategies for improvement
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in a senior customer service or contact centre leadership role
  • Strong people management skills, with experience leading leaders
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
