Operating for over 30 years, they deliver infrastructure packages for leading UK housebuilders, with a focus on residential developments and associated highways works.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quality Assurance / Adoptions Manager to support projects through to completion and handover.

This is a key position focused on ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and successfully adopted by relevant authorities.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out quality inspections on sites approaching completion
- Supporting site teams in closing out defects and snagging
- Assisting in the adoption process for roads, sewers, and infrastructure
- Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and customer care requirements
- Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and clients
- Helping drive projects over the line to successful completion and handover
Quality Assurance / Adoptions Manager CandidateRequirements:
- Proven experience in a Quality, Finishing, or Customer Care role within residential groundworks or housebuilding
- Strong understanding of NHBC standards
- Knowledge of highways and road adoption regulations (Section 38 / 278 etc.)
- Ability to identify and resolve defects efficiently
- Excellent communication and coordination skill
