We are looking for an ambitious Area Manager to join a dynamic pub and bar group in London. This is a new role, created to bring in talent at the next level, take ownership of a growing portfolio, and work alongside a fantastic senior leadership team. Currently overseeing 8 sites, thereis exciting potential for expansion as the business continues to grow.
- A smaller, family-feel pub company witha great productand a strong culture.
- Passionate about developing people, with excellent training programs for staff.
- Focused on creating relaxed, informal,drinks ledestablishments with superbfood/service and atmosphere.
The Area Managerrole,
- Take ownership of up to 8–10 General Managers across the area.
- Be accountable for achieving financial targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team on projects and strategy, providing regular updates to the Director.
- Play a key role in supporting the growth of the area as the business expands.

- Have a proventrack recordas anOperationsor Area Manager, ideally in the licensed trade.
- Possess at least 2 years’ experience managing multiple sites.
- Be commercially aware, hands‑on, and able to lead and inspire your team.
