An opportunity has arisen for an Internal Telesales Executive to join the team based in Wrexham. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, this role will sell the company’s services based on outbound and inbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong report of multiple sites and generate leads to offer total management packages to all businesses.
- Negotiate and close sales over the telephone as the primary revenue‑generating activity.
- Offer additional services to existing customers, developing positive working relationships and converting opportunities into new business.
Qualifications
- Recent experience of business‑to‑business (B2B) sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Works well under pressure.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates a professional approach at all times.
