Contract Support AnalystAs part of the Mitie Specialist Cleaning Compliance team, you will support MSC operational teams by coordinating activity, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth delivery of contracted services. This role focuses on effective scheduling, communication, data accuracy, and supporting compliance across multiple workstreams.Key Responsibilities Schedule, plan and coordinate works across MSC teams and subcontractors. Liaise with clients and operational staff to arrange attendance, gather requirements and ensure timely completion.Maintainaccurate records across Mitie systems and collate completion documentation for billing. Support compliance activities including QHSE documentation, RAMS and contractual reporting. Produceaccuratereports, KPIs and monthly updates to support operational and management reviews.Monitorperformance tools and contribute to continuous service improvement. Providestrong communicationlinks between MSC teams, clients and stakeholders. Person Specification Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes. Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Confident with IT systems including Word,Exceland PowerPoint (Power BI desirable). Highlyorganised,proactive and able to work under pressure. Able to travel to the T2 office as required. Health & Safety Follow all Group and company H&S procedures and use equipment safely.Report hazards, deficiencies or training needs to your line manager.
