Salary: £26,000 annual (£13.33 hourly)

Hours: Full Time (37.5)

Days: Saturday – Wednesday (Thursday + Friday Off)

Hours: 10AM – 6PM

Breaks: 1 x Paid 30 Min Break & 1 x Standard Unpaid 30 Min Break

Target Start Date: April – ASAP

No previous experience required – full and ongoing training provided.

Overview

Inspired by Japanese craftsmanship, Sora is the first affordable luxury and experiential retail brand for bespoke handcrafted jewellery. Our customers can design their own ring, choosing from a range of metals, widths, patterns, finishes, and personal engravings, handcrafted to order in 10 – 15 minutes. We also host evening workshops where our customers can make their own rings guided by our team.

Role

As a Creative Retail Associate, your core focus is to guide customers through their design options and handcraft their ring using simple tools and techniques. No jewellery making experience is required and we will provide ongoing support and training – being fully ramped within 4 – 6 weeks.

Please note this is a customer facing role requiring weekend work as standard. Occasionally, evening shifts 11:30AM – 8:30PM are required when workshops are full. (once to twice per week maximum)
