The role of the Regional Sales Manager Garage Doors will involve:Regional Sales Manager position, selling and surveying a manufactured range of Garage doors products for a range of domestic situations.20% of your time will be based from home with 80% being on the roadManaging 10-15 sales surveyors across the regionCoaching sales surveyors while accompanying on surveys, producing KPIs and reviewing performanceDeliver exceptional customer service during garage door surveys, providing expert product knowledge, accurate measurements, tailored quotes, and closing sales.Collaborate closely with installation and closing sales teamsThe ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager xwzovoh Garage Doors with:Must have experience in a field based roleMust have experience in people managementIdeally have sales experience with a made to measure productIdeally looking for roller door experience however would consider people from backgrounds such as windows, doors, blinds, KBB or relatedDrivers licenceAutonomous in natureStrong people skills…
