CNC Operator – up to £34,480 | Crewkerne | Permanent Role
Shift Pattern: Rotating
6:00am – 2:00pm (Mon–Fri)
2:00pm – 12:00am (Mon–Thurs)

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join a leading precision engineering company in Crewkerne. If you have experience with CNC turning and enjoy working in a clean, well-equipped environment where quality matters — this could be the role for you.
You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team with real opportunities to develop your skills and progress.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating CNC Turning machines (Fanuc control)
- Producing high-quality, precision components
- Using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
- Deburring and finishing parts
- Carrying out basic machine maintenance
- (Bonus if you have setting or programming experience — but not essential)
What we’re looking for:
- Previous CNC Turning experience (Fanuc preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to health & safety standards
