Job Description

Relationship Manager (Portfolio Management)

Location: Reading, 3–4 days a week in the office.

You will manage a portfolio of clients and report to the COO.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships in line with credit and risk policies.
• Provide proactive, high-quality client solutions.
• Mentor Account Executives and review portfolio performance.
• Conduct regular credit reviews and support monthly portfolio meetings.
• Handle payment requests, overpayments, and risk escalations.
• Support revenue retention and business development.
• Underwrite new deals within authority levels and SLAs.

Requirements

• Experience in Invoice Discounting or Factoring.
• Strong credit and risk management skills.
• Proven success in portfolio management and client relationships.
• Independent, proactive, and highly organised. xwzovoh
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
